Our Faith Centre, which caters for all major faiths, and the hospital’s Quiet Room are both open 24 hours a day for prayer or peaceful meditation.

Regular services for all the main religious denominations are held, along with celebrations for major religious festivals such as Christmas, Eid, Vaisakhi, Easter and Diwali.

Mums and dads can make use of the purpose-built, on-site Busy Bees nursery. The nursery has eight rooms and enclosed outdoor play areas. It has been rated "Good" in its Ofsted report for the quality of its early years childcare.

Staff can purchase childcare vouchers through the Trust’s salary sacrifice scheme to help with the cost of nursery fees.

Staff shuttle buses

Staff shuttle buses run frequently between the hospital, the Trust’s off-campus buildings and the park and ride facility in Edgbaston to help cut down journey times for staff who need to travel to work by car.
